Can I update a report after submitting it?

Yes. You can submit a new request through the support form, mention your original Report ID, and provide the additional details or files. Our moderation team will link them together.

Is my identity protected when I contact support?

Yes, absolutely. The identity of users reporting incidents is kept strictly confidential and is never disclosed publicly. Your personal contact information is restricted to authorized team members only.

What types of files are accepted as evidence?

We accept screenshots (JPG, PNG, WEBP), PDF documents, chat history exports, transaction logs, and links to relevant social media profiles. Each file must be under 8MB.

What happens after I submit a support request?

Your request is immediately assigned a unique Ticket ID and routed to the specialized team (Moderation, Verification, or Security). You can use this Ticket ID to reference your case in future updates.
